Memorial Day Suckling Pig Roast
Sunday May 26th from 11:30am – 2pm

Join us Sunday on the patio for a special Suckling Pig Roast! One of his favorite ways to relax, Chef Austin will be preparing a Suckling Pig in his Chinese Firebox (also known as La Caja China). Accompaniments include Mojo Verde, Grilled Peach Panzanella, Potato Salad & Artisanal American Cheeses.

Women’s Wine Club – Thursday May 23rd at 6pm – $30
May’s Women’s Wine Club is featuring Beijo bags, presented by Diane Holland. There will be a taste of three wines, fresh springtime snacks, and a networking scavenger hunt. The cost is $30 per person all-inclusive of wine, food, tax, and gratuity. A portion of Beijo sales will be donated to Women Giving Back, a Sterling based charity that provides free clothing to women and children in Northern Virginia homeless shelters. Wisconsin Cheese & Beer Tasting – Thursday May 30th at 6pm – $25
Includes five beers and a variety of Wisconsin cheeses. We decided to honor our new chef, Austin Fausett, and his Wisconsin heritage with a chance to pair some summery beers with Wisconsin cheeses. There will be a chance for a quick meet and greet of our new executive chef.

Blind Wine Tasting on Sunday June 6th at 6pm
Learn the deductive process of pin pointing what wine you are drinking! This will be a fun and educational way to experience wine tasting. Includes four wines and a snack for $25/person.

Scotch Tasting Thursday June 13 at 6pm
What better way to celebrate Father’s Day than a Scotch Tasting! Bring your father, or come on your own, and taste four scotches paired with a snack for $50/person. Taste some rare scotches and maybe enjoy a cigar on the patio!
